Special Instructions
All new clients will be asked to give a credit card to hold on their account. At the time of booking your appointment, you will receive a text message documenting that you are in the schedule! 48 hours before you come in for your appointment, you will receive another text message asking to confirm your appointment. Because of this, you will need to provide at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to cancel or reschedule. If you choose to not let us know, a small fee will be charged to your card.
Cancellation Policy
Soul Serenity Beauty Lounge requires a 24 hour cancellation policy. When booking your appointment, you will be required to provide a credit card to hold your appointment. If you chose to cancel, reschedule (within 24 hours) or no show your appointment, your credit card will be charged 50% of the service you were going to receive
COVID-19.
We are doing our best to ensure quality service in a safe, clean environment. Due to the new protocols, we ask you to please stay in your car upon arrival. When you are in the parking lot, call or text 603-313-1464 and let us know you are here. We will then let you know when it is okay to come in.
Sanitation
We are diligent in our cleaning and properly sanitize the room before you enter.
If you are feeling sick, or have come in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please cancel your appointment.
If you have been traveling, we ask you to reschedule your appointment for after 14 days of arriving home, or until you have a negative test. We take this virus very seriously, and want to make sure our clients, staff and families are safe. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
